I have 2 questions that are puzzling me and I hope you can help me resolve them. I uploaded 2 pictures, one that shows the common adverse reactions of ibuprofen and the other is the boxed warning. As you can see from the image, that the common adverse reactions didn't include the "Boxed warning adverse events". So, how is this possible? Doesn't boxed warning indicate that there is a high chance that adverse event will occur (So supposed to be seen in the common adverse reaction)? Or it doesn't mean so? And if it doesn't mean so, and there is a low chance of occurring, why cares?

Second Q, Black boxed warning involves only prescription medications? If so, does this mean that OTC 200 mg Ibuprofen (NSAID) doesn't carry the black boxed warning, thus doesn't carry the same risk of serious adverse reactions?
