I have some doubt that need to be clarified, is it undergraduate are valid to be a respondent to answer the questionnaire regarding to talent demand and supply. Since the talent demand part consist of employer value proposition attribute, in which comprised of basic salary, employee benefit, and flexible working hours as a variable. Meanwhile my current justification to use undergraduate as respondent is due to their characteristic, since they have a practical or intern experience. The problem is, does it enough?
