Hello Ramesh, I have just uploaded to ResearchGate my paper entitled Hypersphere Cosmology to justify my derivation of GM/Lc2 = 1.
I have assumed that Einstein was correct in asserting that what we call gravity arises from the spacetime curvature caused by mass, and then hypothesised that the inertia of any mass depends on the effect of all other masses in the universe. Mach's Principle implies that the universe does not actually expand. I have gone to some considerable detail to explain why I consider the expansion hypothesis a misinterpretation of the available observational data.
