Hello all!

A little while ago, someone had mentioned to me that looking into optic nerves of aged mice with a black6 background wasn't viable as they would spontaneously degenerate in these mice. I can't seem to find documentation saying that the B6 background alone results in degeneration, but that things done to B6 mice resulted in it.

Does anyone know of a course showing that a basic B6 mouse has optic nerve degeneration?
