In your opinion , does the collateral coronary blood flow occur in the systolic or diastolic phase?
As normal coronary circulation , collateral coronary circulation mostly occur during diastole ( Aortic diastolic pressure >LVEDP) to some extent its occure during systole because Aortic systolic pressure is usually higher than Right ventricular systolic pressure
Mostly during diastole ( 80-90%) but CP can happen during systole

Can the collateral systolic / diastolic coronary collateral flow differ between the left and right coronary system?
Can the main systolic CBF in the right coronary artery be partially imputed to the systolic coronary collateral flow?
Sir either normal or collateral coronary circulation mostly happens during diastole sometimes systolic CBF occure in systole
