I would recommend that you review the pathology of stress. Stress has serious effects related to disease causation related to numerous diseases. Stress is a neurological and biological factor in the augmentation of disease. Lowering stress the physical exercise is valuable in lower disease manifestations. There is a plethora of evidence related to stress reduction and balancing holistically through exercise. Do a search related stress reduction and disease outcomes.
