Does somebody know how to create a forum that provides a service of data extraction? Or who should I get in touch with to produce such an interface?

I want to create a forum that is free for anybody for linguistic research purpose. For this I need a forum that would easily enable me to collect the written data into txt. format... Does anybody know how to create such an interface or somebody who knows how to do such work?

I'm ready to pay for the service :)
