Hi Tarig, The use of simulations for training has started in Indian medical colleges in last 2-3 years only. Some of my collegues have done a project on it's effectiveness for emergency situations. and they have found that it really helps in finding out the right track for proceeding in the treatment and decision making. Some of the colleges from shrilanka have seen the positive findings.
The use as CPR management is definitely useful for the students. In case of India the price of these is the factor which is main hurdle for using these.
