The gravitational field of the earth is not that of

a homogeneous sphere. Somewhere are mountains,

somewhere sinks, somewhere there are ore deposits.

Therefore the gravitational field of the earth depends

on the location. NASA is mapping such deviations

with satellite missions, e.g GOCE.

On moon this is really a problem for satellites:

The effect has nothing to do with the planets,

they are too far away.

Just as a sidenote, Saturn does not emitt a lot of radiation. Where should this be coming from? Also its magnetic field is even weaker than Earth's and Jupiter's (Jupiter's strong radiation is caused by the fluctuation of its magnetic field, this effect does not occur at Saturn), so I think you are mistaken. Also while Jupiter's gravitational effect has a very small effect on GEO satellites, Saturn is too far away to have any effect on a spacecraft around Earth based on radiation (or gravity).

The answer to your question is a very firm NO. Saturn is far away, does not radiate any dangerous amount,..so it has no effect whatsoever on our planet.

How did you come to "know" that; i.e., what was your source? Facts in science are based on observations that are openly described and repeatable by others. Saturn is a source of thermal infrared and microwave radiation that is ultimately due to its gravitational collapse following its formation as a planet, but omnidirectional and so weak that it it takes spacecraft and large telescopes to observe. The report of any such dramatic radiation as you describe certainly must be treated as highly suspect, so I recommend that you challenge your source to provide the evidence.
