I saw in some articles that the quantum tunneling involves crossing a potential bsrrier in a time-interval equal to zero.

arXiv:quant-ph/9710046v2, "Can a falling tree make a noise in two forests at the same time?"

arXiv:quant-ph/9810009v1, "An atom optics experiment to investigate faster-than-light tunneling"

However, these two articles use the "weak-measurement" method of calculus, a method that I am not sure how much can be trusted. Can somebody indicate material without "weak measurements"?

Note: I would appreciate answers to my question i.e. about the time-interval of crossing the barrier, if possible, experimental results. I am not interested in explanations at undergraduate level, e.g. explanation of what is the tunneling phenomenon and its basic quantum treatment.
