Yes polycrystalline material can have FCC or BCC structure. Just for your info in case of steels you have ferrite or pearlite phases and delta phases which have different structures.

Terms "single crystal" or "polycrystal" have nothing to do with a crystal structure itself. They are related to the type of the specific sample. In fact polycrystalline material consists of large number of crystallines, and every one of them is a "small single crystal". For example, it is possible to obtain i.e. single crystal Cu (as epitaxial layer for example) as well as polycrystalline Cu, and both of them will have the same fcc structure.
