Hello All,

I have a silver film of 200 nm, thickness on top of which I have a Nanotube film. The goal is to pattern just the nanotube layer using the oxygen plasma but I see that the silver also gets removed in the oxygen plasma. Is there any other alternative to using silver? (A metal that I can evaporate at a low temperature and can be removed easily)
