I need to simulate different types of encryption between nodes in WSN, and I don't know whether NS2 support these features or not? I have searched many online sources but still hasn't got the answer yet. Please share me your experience regarding this topic. Also, what is the difference between NS2 and NS3. Thanks in advance guys.
There have been a number of attempts to support encryption in NS-2. For example, look at the University of Houston–Clear Lake project from 2005

First thing first you should consider NS 3 as most of the support in terms of protocols etc will be or NS 3 platform in future. Secondly, you can implement the encapsulation in NS 3 to simulate end-to-end encryption scenario.

Thank you Dr. Adnan, yes you are right, I should think about NS3 instead, but is there much difference between them.
i do not think it is much difference , more important is the future support and development will be in NS 3.
