Hello, I am writing master's thesis (Master of Science in IT management; Germany) about comparison of diff. technologies in autonomous driving. Do I need some kind of evaluation / validation of the results of my study at the end?
For example, if I developed a framework, which helps to decide whether for a specific use case in autonomous driving one should choose cloud or another technology, can I have an expert interview at the end of the paper, which "validates" the results of my study (an expert says for each described use case, whether cloud or another technology is better for this use case, in his / her opinion)?
If you're using different technologies it is expected that you have at least some points of view to produce a valid result (by convergence, for example). If you have only one expert to validate your results it could be considered a biased output since some subjective perspectives of your expert could lead to a misjudgment of the available technologies.

You don't need to interview anyone to validate your framework. However, common activities at the end of a dissertation are discussion, conclusion and recommendation. Think about the different aspects of your findings and reflect on how they synthesise. Then think about your research aims and questions: how well have you achieved/answered them?
