Are we honest to ourselves and to our patients to a fault? Is attending to patients - human or animal -- a privilege or is it in current terms 'boring' and a 'drudge' or 'burn-out'.

Most if not all Medical Doctors / Veterinarians / Ancillary staff are not grateful and cannot be taught gratefulness. We will talk of gratefulness only in this section, as the reading and assimilating capacity of humans has declined with technologic distractions and slick advertisement.

(Aldous Huxley) Getting lost in the woods of Advertisement is the fate of 99.99999999999% persons, barring those in their own Fortress of Solitude, eg. Himalayan caves.

Readers of such contributions run far ahead of themselves as they HUNT for methodology and data to duplicate or replicate, and, would practically die for citations.

It has taken ages to come to where we are now, with the push-pull of living briefly and the inevitable give-take of life itself, without any contribution from our side to the uncertain magic of the generations that preceded us as well the distressing unease / deaths of the patients who have taught us knowingly or unknowingly in their dying, whether we were ready to learn or not at that that time.

Some prose and verse in Medicine cannot be bettered, as each word and punctuation has been placed by ESP (Extra-Sensory Perception) by the five Muses (Is) including insight, for posterity in the immense never-filling-to-the-brim bowl of knowledge for posterity.

They form prayers to the shapeless, formless, dimensionless, omnipresent, omniscient, omnipotent, all -pervading Cosmic Universal Consciousness that gives life and takes it away without consulting our nano-or-even lesser less consciousness, give us strength to change, to bear what we cannot, and the blessing to know the difference between the two. Who will bless the agnostics and nihilists -- or this section of humanity has no such requirements. Who will sing or hum or think of their requiem once they pass to the World beyond SENSES? They will deny any such worthless requiem anyway. Their ego-superego is COMPLEAT (no mistyping) in and by itself. They took birth by their own efforts, not through coupling of a female and male. Latin has given us magnificent wors of respect: mon veneris, ductus deferens, along with words like pudendum -- my copyrighted poem -- that spesks volumes of SHAME.

Shame on us for not honoring his heir, descendants, assignees, legal representatives with the most most prominent plaque in New York Times Square and Big BE/Westminster.

The inventor of the WHEEL moves the world -- but who cares, which lobby, which advocate?

To develop altruism and honest is becoming increasingly difficult with administering and licensing and authoritative and Licensing agencies, what with the Industry-Institutional-Insurance self-interest groups like the gun-war machine and military plane developing AND drug peddling-organ harvesting-prostitution-kidnapping mafia lobbies becoming their own advocates and justifying themselves as business predators unimaginably exploiting poverty with a thumb cocked to the law, frequently if not always in cahoots or moles, to no end.

Democracies have immense power. Simply and collectively REFUSE TO CAST YOUR VOTE as non-interested -- there are many of them -- take over. Let the movement begin in the U.S.A. You can change the World.

Israel will eventually have to give a place, a nation for Palestinians to call their own with solace and a sense-of-belonging. Peace comes when all form of war have been exhausted

To realize how primitive and dishonest medical researchers are, I leave all with a verse from a much celebrated but unheralded scientist that will be a guideline component for that section of posterity that seeks-to-death but will otherwise, for most obtuse researchers clutching at data and mathematical statistics in bioscience and biomedicine including migraine/primary headaches, and adding abstracts in Medical Conferences, the so-called cognoscenti the glace cursorily for fresh ideas and make sure that no-one gets ahead. This cohort will be lost in the incalculable sands of time. It is a catch-it-if-you-can, the capacity of A PREPARED MIND

Attitudes are more important than Abilities.

Motive are more important than Methods.

Character is more important Cleverness.

Perseverance is more important than Power.

And the Heart takes precedence over the Head.
