I am doing a study for what Muslims follow and if in general the Islamic principles promote either peace or violence. I was wondering if any of you did research and you had advice for any points of views that I can consider.
I'm sorry but you're going to have to figure out another way to ask this. There is really no such thing as "Islamic principles" in the abstract, and no tradition that is as large and old as it is can be reduced to "peace" or "violence." This simply doe not make sense.
An interesting question however you need to reexamine your question and reframe it to get the answer rather than using principles use religious beliefs within the Islamic faith do they promote peace or violence. Have another think about what you want to achieve from you question and perhaps other colleagues here will give you some ideas or thoughts on what it is you hope to achoeve
Hello, I find this a very interesting question. From my point of view, I think you should not call them principles, but rather commandments. I think that these commandments do not incite violence, but sometimes we human beings can interpret something wrong. For example you can read a book and believe that some phrases are telling you one thing, when they really mean another.
