No, because even though lava consists ample iron content in it, yet it is thermally agitated which affects the arrangement of iron atoms (ie. There would a distorted arrangement) as a result it lacks magnetic property. As, for iron to show magnetic property it should posses a specific arrangement pattern.

But flow of this lava in a particular direction might induce the iron atoms present in subsequent layers of Earth to arrange in a particular pattern which might inturn induce magnetism.

As a practicing exploration geophysicist, I say the question is can you calculate the anticipated magnetic anomaly? Typical models are computed based upon changes in magnetic susceptibility.

Be sure that it is producing an electromagnetic field… Same it producing gravity anomaly too

That is why these properties can be used as a precursor of earthquakes… But to do good earthquakes forecasting-prediction see later.:EF), you have to know what is the main factor of the earthquakes. As the lava in the molten stage yet the crystals are not fully arranged toward the magnetic field because it still moving but it gives a very weak geomagnetic field due to the reason I mentioned before and, this is related to the temperature of the lava and its viscosity.
