Hi everyone!

I am planning some experiments of gain-of-function of a specific gene using doxycycline inducible colorectal cancer cells.

With this cells I want to evaluate the migration capacity using wound healing assay but I do not know if doxycycline can alter the results of the migratory ability of these cells.

Have anyone some experience?
