I have made up several batches of FCCP and am finding with complete randomness aliquots that don't work. I am injecting Oliogmycin which works fine, then FCCP, and then no increase in oxygen consumption in random experiments. Aliquots are not being freeze-thawed after initial aliquots are made and it affects the whole plate, not just random wells. Very frustrating!
