Does anyone know which taxonomy to use to identify the protein tag DsRED by PMF?

I have to identify a recombinant protein tagged with red fluorescent protein. Usually, I use eukaryotes as taxonomy to identify the tag, but I still could not identify it. Does anyone have experience with this? Any suggestions to fix this problem?
