Does anyone know where I can find data about the prevalence of cybercrime perpetrators across nations (cross-national league tables)?

I am looking for league tables showing for example, ‘Canada ranked third in the world for cybercrime or Ghana ranked 2nd in the world for cybercrime’ (apart from the Internet Crime Complaint Centre, which I have covered in section 6 here: http://dx.doi.org/10.1016/j.ijlcj.2016.07.002).
