with n = Number of moles, p = Pressure, V = Volume, T = Temperature, etc.

You can plot a chart cp vs. T, and according to ideal gas relation: cp - cv = R, the shape of cv(T) will be the same but only located below this line at the distance equals to the gas constant "R".
