Foreign Ministry Archives of Turkey are closed for all researchers, and the Republican Archives of the Prime Ministry of Turkey (Ankara) doesn't have a goog relationship the Turkish Foreign Ministry.
Rumor has it that these archival sources would be transfered to the Republican Archives some time during 2015, but there are still no news about it.

Yes, I have asked them a couple of weeks ago, but the answer isnt satisfying: they are also waiting for the news from the Foreign Ministry about the transfer of the archival material, and it should happen - soon...
Well, I too hope it won't take a couple of years. Until that time comes, I will change my interests in that topic. I hope that our constant inquiry in this situation and public interest will speed up the process.
You are right: these Turkish sources are extremely important and needed for a more balanced picture of the mentioned periods. I will write here as soon as there is any (hopefully good) news on the issue.
Hello to everyone! Still no news on the issue of opening of the Archives of the Turkish Foreign Ministry. Let's hope it will happen eventually.
