I found this fungi on anaerobic compartment in wastewater treatment plant. this fungi is almost always occur when the wastewater in nitrogen deficit condition. wastewater source is from biscuit industry.
does anyone know what species is this?or family at least? and why this fungi could live on wastewater treatment plant? and, are this fungi have negative impact for wastewater treatment plant efficiency?

please go through slide preparation and microscopic identification. Then we can comments on it.
A lichen? - surely not, funny idea. Lichens are very slow-growing organisms that are growing in Habitats without many competition (rocks, tree bark, Nutrition-poor sites, cold sites, ....). At your Substrate they can be fully excluded. Your Picture also does not look like a lichen (how could it) but like a "mould", a rapidly-growing anamorph of an ascomycete (not so much like a zygomycete). What "mould" exactly it could be can only guessed, I will not do this.
After you have examined it microscopically, if it is an ascomycete you could try posting this photo and your microscopic observations to ascofrance.org.

I think, it is an ascomycete, but you can do a slide of myclia, spore, etc. and put a photo here.

I don't think they are lichenes or ascomycete, seem more mixomycete for their aspect slimy and mucilaginous.

as I already wrote (in the Moment I see only two of 12 answers ...?) this can never be a lichen. Lichens do not grow on nutrient-rich, ephemeral substrates. I would also exclude a myxomycete.
It is a "mould" - yes, likely one belonging to the ascomycetes. The Color could speak for an Aspergillus or Penicillium, but this is only a guess without any microscopical evidence.

on the mere basis of received photography I should declare a diagnosis of Microglossum viride (Pers.) Gillet, Champignons de France, Discom.(1): 25 (1879)
Geoglossaceae , Ascomycotina. It's a genus near to Clavaria. Scientific diagnosis should consider many other details than visual morphology.Thank You for the opportunity : the fungus is widespread but uncommon.
