I think that it would be easier to export the data from Masslynx into NETCDF format. These files can be imported into a lot of other software, including Xcalibur. Kind regards, Harrie Verhoeven.
In addition to the response from Dr. Verhoeven, you may try with OpenChrom. It is a free software that allows you to convert multiple formats from different chromatographic softwares (.raw, .xls, .d, ...), it is updated regularly and also serve for some chromatographic analyses as well.
