I welcome your interest. I have a Strategic Action Plan for this purpose. This plan can be reviewed and edited by a Working Committee inclusive of an ICT expert, a very experienced person in Academic Administration, a Digital Marketing expert, a Strategic Planner. We would subsequently need individuals to manage the different disciplines to be offered: Natural Sciences, Social Sciences, Arts, Business Studies, Research Methodologies (Quantitative and Qualitative Research Methods) and Education.

As part of the BRICS focus on education, we (the committee) can review and improve the strategic plan and offer as consultants for its development to one of the member countries of BRICS maybe your country South Africa.
