The IPBES assessment "Options for delivering sustainable approaches to health” is looking for examples where programs and policies have included indigenous and local knowledge. If you know some examples even are not fully documented your contribution will be appreciated.

Most Latin American countries have ratified the Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD) and the Nagoya Protocol. The Nagoya Protocol includes traditional knowledge associated with genetic resources that are covered by the CBD and the benefits arising from its utilization.
There are usually local laws or regulations that implement the Nagoya Protocol. Not sure if that falls within the concept of policies you are looking for.
Thanks, Alan for your answer actually I am looking for concrete examples of policies or programs that included indigenous knowledge and were implemented with positive or negative effects on biodiversity, health, well-being, and water Maybe your publications can help me I will have look at them.

Como resultado en CONACYT se impulso un programa de parteria tradicional para dar reconocimiento a la sabiduria de las mujeres y hombres que cumplen dicha funcion.
