I am interested to find out the composition of ILCs 3 in colon of GvHD patients. Since I only have paraffin embeded tissues, all I can do is staining cells and taking to microscope. It would be rather nice if anyone knows how to do this. I also have isolated RNA from patient's gut biopsies but ILCs identification in terms of RNA is quite rare. I would be grateful if someone can suggest me how can I used my available samples to its best.

Thank you Eric for your effort. But I am little confused. I do not know what am I gonna do with above mentioned webiste.
I have only looked at mouse ILC3s by FACS. Immunohistochemistry on paraffin embeded tissue is much harder.
I would suggest to try double staining with anti-CD3 and anti-RORg
- ILC3 are negative for CD3 and positive for RORg
- Th17 cells and gamma delta T-cells are positive for both.
