Rotary CVD is a process to coat powder particles surface by smaller particles. I want use method to make a coat of 3 Y-YSZ around another powder particles surface, but I need to know 

1. The precursors that must be used

2. the optimum parameters such as total pressure, temperature, speed and the time 

3. lastly how can I confirm that :

(i) the final coat is 3 Y-YSZ

(ii) the mass, or the proportion of 3 Y-YSZ on the other particles surface
