I got CTD files in csv format. When I try to read the data in oce R package the file extension show an error (unknown type file). Any comment or advice about it? any other R package to work these files? I've attached a file with the information

I have loaded your data file in R with MASS R package :
install.packages("MASS", dependencies=TRUE)
library(MASS)
library(car)
install.packages("car", dependencies=TRUE)
library(car)
Then, to load your file insert the following commands (see the attached screenshot).

Yes, the read.csv() command should do it.

read.csv() will do even without libraries suggested by Goeffrey.
But you need to use parameter skip = # of lines with comments.
