One should be very careful while transplanting seedlings in SRI. Because the age of seedling is 12-15 days as compared to 30 days in traditional system at the time of transplanting. Once the crop established then there will be no problem in SRI.
Good answer however, a part from observing the age of the seedlings other factors could down play the success of a crop. Could we have a full inventory for other factors likely to affect the crop even after germination!

we have lots of rice fields here, but in our country SRI means Serviciul Roman de Informatii...
