After scanned image by using Epson v700 photo scanner which software is better except Winrhizo for plant root morphological measurements as like, root length, root diameter, number of root and number of root tips?

I would recommend ImageJ to measure characteristic of roots, possibly with plugins such as FIJI:

It's very easy to use and has a lot of options/plugins for optimization.
You can also find many guides online.

i have worked on Epson v700 scanner. First divide the root into different root orders and scan it. you can use the same machine to measure root length, root tips, root diameter, etc. you can check my root order traits paper for further details.
I havenot experienced to use imagej.
