you need the instrument software to convert it to the other formats. may be if you can open the file with Essential FTIR software you might be able to change it to ASC file format and then you can open it up with excel.

Dear, for change to Absorbance, you can donit qith software Spectrum (perkin elmer) or Onmic, and to change format txt in same programs you can export files in ascii code to plot them in origin or excell

I have FTIR spectrum file by xps. I want to draw the spectra by using origin software. But, i haven't csv file for origin software. How could I get the csv file from xps file?. I have tried to convert it to csv. But, still I didn't get. Let you help me.
