I am indexing TEM SADPs for an Al-Cu-Mg-Ag alloy with tetragonal and orthorhombic precipitate super lattice reflections. In order to differentiate the precipitate phases correctly, I need to know the allowed reflections for each crystal structure.
I've tried searching for literature on the allowed reflections and structure factor, but I haven't had much success. I will appreciate any documents, notes, etc. provided.

As a good start for the determination of the structural factors of crystalline materials, I suggest you start with the Book "X-ray diffraction Crystallography" By Waseda et. al.
