I think i have encountered this kind of problem, please make sure to delete any blank line in your lookup table by using backspace, there shouldn't any blank line without information, in some systems it is not a problem. Worth trying.

Did you solve this problem? In my case, it came from the definition of soiluser (I forgot add the new information of my soil in this table).

Many thank for reminding me. I did it, unfortunately, it doesn't work. However, in this case, the error message is that "There is no row at position 0" when I tried importing my output data. To similar Saif's case ( almost same message)  I forgot adding the new soil data in the soiluser table. After adding, it worked well.

For the first case, I'm not still able to solve. If you know how to do. Please guide me.

    Yes, i solve my problem just reinstall my Swat model.I find the problem in the soil database, when i try to add my user soil in the data base.May be, you leave some blank spaces.You should check your database and input data.This error arise due to these problem. You need any information regarding to this problem, i can share with you.Welcome from my side.

I solved my problem too. Just setting up the reservoirs or remove check reservoirs in the reading output box. Hope that everything will go well :D
