I have no ideas, but I wonder what exactly you want to research with such a questionnaire. How they handle their children being bullies? or being bullied? or the psychological effects of the children? Because questionnaires usually yield scores rather than kinds, I would reformulate the question bearing in mind the question "how much" instead of "how". Is this of any help, or did I get the question wrong?
