Hi all,
I am trying to create different grades of osteoarthtic (OA) like porcine femoral head or acetabulum using enzymatic digestion. Most papers that i have read focus on the smaller plugs of cartilage, but I need a protocol that works on the actual joint and bigger scale. After Enzymatic digestion I will then mechanically test the joints against different implant materials.
