I work for RnCeus Interactive, an online provider of nursing continuing education. We have tried a number of approaches to recruit nurses primarily to develop CE courses for the website. We offer an honorarium and ongoing reimbursement for course maintenance. We have approximately 30,000 hits a month, so there's plenty of exposure. The website is nationally accredited meaning any nurse in any state can use the contact hours.

We've advertised on various sites, including Research Gate, and sent emails to faculty at major universities in states that require continuing education for nurses to renew they licenses. The website is listed on Google Scholar with citations. We offer assistance in course development and provide graphic illustrations to go with the content.

So far the response has been negligible. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
