I need settlement layer for analysis of my data. Can anyone help?

Dear Faraz,

You might try to use data from the GHSL - Global Human Settlement Layer . The dataset includes global-scale built-up areas at different resolutions, usable with any GIS and it is freely available for use at this link:

http://ghsl.jrc.ec.europa.eu/index.php
