Do you can help me to find documents about relationship of mind (mood, anxiety, cognition & any thing you know and I don't...) and immune system? Or about effects of psychotropic drugs on immunity? God bless you
I might recommend using the search term "psychoneuroimmunology." This mouthful of a buzzword may catch some of what you're interested in. Check the wiki page before you go any further on my lead, though: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Psychoneuroimmunology
There is a great deal of PNI research that focuses on the impacts of mental conditions and immune system function (mostly through the evaluation of pro-inflammatory cytokines like Interleukins, tumor-necrosis-factor (TNF), and some outcome compounds like c-reactive protein. I briefly outline immune system function (as it relates to communication behavior) in a 2011 review piece (see: https://www.researchgate.net/publication/257136869_A_Decade_of_Research_Exploring_Biology_and_Communication_The_Brain_Nervous_Endocrine_Cardiovascular_and_Immune_Systems). Another good source would be this 2007 piece: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/17503136 and this article, which focuses on depression and immune system function: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3002174/?tool=pmcentrez&report=abstract
All that said, I believe the Segerstrom and Miller (2004) meta analysis would also be helpful to you: http://www.pubmedcentral.nih.gov/articlerender.fcgi?artid=1361287&tool=pmcentrez&rendertype=abstract

As far as the effects of psychotropic drugs on immunity are concerned, such substances can induce hypersensitivity reactions too (see Swerts S, Van Gasse A, Leysen J, Faber M, Sabato V et al. Allergy to illicit drugs and narcotics. Clin Exp Allergy. 2014; 44: 307-18)
I have not knowledge about psychoimmunology, but Prof Cristoforo Scavone ( ICB-USP) has experience on relationship of stress, inflammation and mental disease.
Please see the attached website: https://www.pnirs.org. for the Psychoneuroimmunology Society which should have ready access to research articles as well as other resources that can help elucidate the relationship. In many ways, the connection is hypothesized and becoming clearer through research involving immune activation and correlations with cortisol release and subsequent behavioral changes
The immune abnormality is involved in the etiology and pathophysiology in mental illness, especially in major depression bipolar disorder schizophrenia and dementia. The interaction among immune, central nervous system neuroendocrine system induces psychiatric symptoms in mental disease. New drugs targeting at restoring the altered immune system may treat the mental illnesses.
I think cytokines, as the mediators of inflammation (pro- and anti), play a significant role in many mental illnesses. My "favourite" are the type I interferons, you can find a great deal about these in literature. Not only are they elevated in patients suffering from mental illnesses, but treatment with IFNalpha or IFNbeta have also suggested to induce/exacerbate depression, schizofrenia and suicidal ideation. I suggest you look this up in literature and let it inspire you...
