My corporate has been using balance ScoreCard for a long time. but our sector is food manufacturing sector. Also I have attended a symposium for BSC 2014 held by the Inventors of BSC Kaplan & Norton I have many papers of this symposium I will try to send if you need. Moreover, since BSC is a paradigm for measuring strategy acheivement you can utilize any experience whatever its field.

To control for human resource indicators in a Balanced Scorecard in the environment of a pharmaceutical company, you need to be aware of issues that are important for the pharmaceutical company with regard to its employees. This may be such indicators as training expenditure per employee, frequency of training attendance per employee, number of research proposals per employee, to mention just the few. These issues depend on the strategy of the company and the focus of your research.
