Does anyone have experience with rare mutation detection by using HEX assays (not VIC) on QuantStudio3D dPCR system?

We are trying to adapt FAM/VIC-based custom assays to FAM/HEX (or YAK) for rare mutation detection on our QuantStudio3D dPCR system. Does anyone have already tested this possibility on this dPCR?
