Does anyone have experience with Light-sheets Ultramicroscope Olympus MVX10?

Does anyone know why it seems that depending on the right or left lightsheet the image will not be taken at the same height? Resulting in a fuzzy Z-stack, with "every" structure shown/saved twice.
