I have several populations of a marine angiosperm (Halodule wrightii) that reproduces both clonally and sexually. I've identified several multi-locus genotypes (MLGs) that appear in more than one population, sometimes separated by distances as great as 200 km. I'm trying to determine whether these MLGs are relatively recent migrants or perhaps members of a founder genotype that dispersed over longer time scales. Results from STRUCTURE analyses are inconclusive. Any suggestions are appreciated!
