Off the top of my head, it is definitely worth looking at the impact of tourism at:
the Underwater Archaeology Park of Baiae;
Scapa Flow;
Chuuk (Truk) Lagoon;
and (not tourist but economical) the modern impact of the resource stressed Vezu fishermen on the Velondriake reef system.
They are all underwater, either heritage or ecological, sorry but that's just what I know about.
