I'm working with the PDF equation. I do not know how use the cylindrical coordinates.

You can use the asymmetric geometry for simulated the cylindrical coordinate.for example, for simulation of hollow fiber membrane, I used 2D asymmetric geometry. If you want more information, contact me.
