I am doing an Action Research project on Distance Learning in South Sudan, I know other countries in Africa are using mobile phones for Distance Learning but I do not know how they do it. How is the assessment done, how is the content being delivered....? I am sure it has to work on more different types of devices, they can't all have iPhones or smart phones... Any information is greatly welcomed. Thank you.
