I am looking for Japanese versions of the following scales:
Bipolar Spectrum Diagnostic Scale (BSDS)
Hypomania Checklist-32 (HCL-32)
Hirschfeld's Mood Disorders Questionnaire (MDQ)
Temperament Evaluation of Memphis, Pisa and San Diego Autoquestionnaire (TEMPS-A)
Altman Self-Rating Mania Scale (ASRM)
Unfortunately, despite searching, I could find neither open-to-public versions of this test nor works with these tests enclosed.
I would be very thankful for any help.
