To my knowledge and experience, the surface energy of low content grafted polymers is not much different from the neat polymers. For example PP-grafted (10.1016/j.compscitech.2006.03.014) or PE-grafted (Handbook of Engineering Polymeric Materials, P 522). In your case, I think the main concern is the surface energy of SEBS by itself! As a block copolymer, SEBS can exhibit different surface energies depending on its molecular weight and block length ratio.
