The salinity in the oceans are generally in the concentration of 34 to 37 g/L total salts. Some regions like the Mediteranian sea go as high as 39 g/L and around the North Pole salinity goes down to 31 g/L.

The composition of ions in the salt is the same in % of the salt regardless of the salinity and you can find an example of a table of the most abundant elements in the link.
